It is! I think they will end up calling it a GT4, however. What I really can't wait for is the 991 GT3 RS, though; that thing will be an absolute beast!

yeah agreed if you can afford a 911 get the cayman to.

Go look for a CAYMAN R, ridiculously hard to find. Of the new cars that aren't super hyper cars I would say the CAYMAN R is the MOST DIFFICULT to find, and they are all 10-15k over what they were new.

Probably cause the 991 is SOOOOO common where I live.

Also have you driven the current Cayman S? It's a total hooligan! I can't imagine what the race prepped one will feel like. The current Cayman S is one of the scariest cars I've driven recently. It's so tiny and powerful. It literally wants to spin all the time!

I wonder what their policy is on loaner cars. I wonder if they'll give you one for getting your Porsche serviced there no matter how much your Porsche is worth.

That would be awesome. Then you could buy a 914 beater and get brand new loaner cars whenever you take it in for service :D

You can find them for sale, but try looking for one equipped with a manual and PCCB not in a hideous color. They are definitely harder to find than a regular gt3 / tt-rs / 1m not.

To be accurate you can usually find a couple of the ugly ugly lime green ones.

Buying a car with 10k that has clearly seen the track a lot for 10 grand over what it cost new is not cool.
